Manic Panic Pastel-izer can be mixed with any Manic Panic hair dye to lighten the colour. Create your own shades in a rainbow of pastel colours with the help of this classic cream formula. Use a whole tub of Manic Panic Pastelizer with a few drops of your High Voltage or Amplified hair dye for best results. Like all Manic Panic hair products, this Pastel-izer is vegan-friendly and NOT tested on animals. It also benefits from a PPD free formula that conditions while dyes.
